Terms and refund policy.
These terms apply to WrapSprint design and production-file preparation services. By purchasing, you confirm you have authority to order the project and agree to these terms.
Service scope
WrapSprint provides custom wrap design, approval proofs, and production-file preparation. Printing, measurement, color proofing, materials, vehicle preparation, installation, removal, and reprints are not included. The chosen printer and installer remain responsible for physical measurement, template verification, paneling, color/material output, final preflight, and installation.
Pricing and staged payment
- Commercial Wrap Design is $695 total: $199 at kickoff and $496 after an initial direction is selected.
- Food Truck / Trailer Design is $895 total: $199 at kickoff and $696 after an initial direction is selected.
- Production Rescue is $349, paid in full at checkout.
Revision and final production work for staged-payment packages begins after the remaining balance is paid.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate year, make, model, body configuration, wheelbase, roof height, VIN, photos, approved wording, usable brand assets, and rights to all supplied material. Custom bodies and upfits require printer-approved measurements or a suitable custom template. You must verify names, spelling, phone numbers, URLs, license numbers, vehicle identity, and all factual copy before approval.
Timing and revisions
Published timing begins only after the brief, vehicle information, assets, and required approvals are complete. Commercial and custom design packages include three initial creative directions and two consolidated design-revision rounds for the selected direction. Production Rescue includes one rebuilt direction and one consolidated revision round. New scope, new vehicles, changed strategy, or late copy changes may require a new quote.
Vehicle-support and brief-match refunds
If WrapSprint cannot support the confirmed vehicle or obtain a suitable production template before substantive work begins, the kickoff payment is refunded. If none of the initial directions reasonably reflects the written brief, WrapSprint will create one fresh direction at no charge. If that additional direction still misses the agreed written direction, you may request a refund of the $199 kickoff payment before selecting a concept. Once a concept is selected or revision work begins, kickoff payments are nonrefundable.
For Production Rescue, if the supplied concept and assets cannot reasonably be rebuilt, WrapSprint will notify you and refund the payment before substantive rebuilding begins.
Printer-Prep Promise
WrapSprint prepares the production package to written specifications provided by your nominated printer. If that printer requests technical corrections within 14 days of delivery—such as scale, bleed, outlined fonts, packaging, or export format—WrapSprint will make those corrections at no charge.
The promise excludes design changes after approval, inaccurate vehicle information or measurements, changing printers or templates, color matching, material performance, installation fit, printing costs, and reprints. Final print and installation approval remains with you and your printer.
Ownership and supplied assets
After final payment, you receive commercial-use rights to the approved custom artwork created specifically for the project, excluding third-party assets, fonts, tools, templates, and preexisting materials subject to their own licenses. You retain ownership of assets you supply and warrant that their use does not infringe others’ rights.
Liability
You and the printer must approve production. To the extent permitted by law, WrapSprint is not liable for printing, materials, installation, removal, lost use of a vehicle, lost profits, or indirect damages. Total liability for a project will not exceed the amount paid to WrapSprint for that project.
