WrapSprint collects the information needed to quote, accept, prepare, deliver, support, and measure commercial vehicle-wrap design projects. This policy explains what the service collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

We collect contact details, company and vehicle information, design briefs, links to assets, printer details, support messages, and project approvals you submit. Do not place payment-card numbers in forms or shared files.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. WrapSprint receives transaction status, amount, customer contact details, and payment identifiers, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We record first-party events such as page views, CTA interactions, checkout starts, purchases, completed briefs, referral data, and approximate time spent on pages. Google Ads measurement may also store or read identifiers used to attribute visits and purchases to ads. We use this information to operate the funnel, prevent duplicate purchase events, understand performance, and improve the service.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide the purchased service, communicate about the project, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and measure marketing. It may be handled by service providers that support hosting, payments, file sharing, communications, analytics, and production. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We keep project and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver support, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No internet service can promise perfect security; use access-controlled share links and remove unrelated confidential material from project folders.

Your choices

You may use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to business-record and legal retention requirements. Browser settings may limit some advertising identifiers.
